TeleFunk

New track. I finished it up last night. It’s a really quick one but I think it epitomizes the awesomeness of Telecaster tone.

It’s also posted on the music page for easy access =D. Not that you would want to listen to anything I have recorded more than once of course.

Music Page Up!

At the brilliant suggestion of d10, I went and downloaded 1pixelout’s magnificent audio player and set up a music page for myself. Check out the link in the nav bar or simply point your browser to http://www.anxaw.net/music to go check out all my stuff.

Recording is crazy addictive, so I will probably update that page pretty frequently =). With this update comes a new track: Who We Are. Check it out!

Experimentation: Follow Me.

Garage band was probably the coolest 70 bucks I ever spent. In addition to the little Valentines ditty I recorded, I have been playing around with it a little bit and here are the results:

I’m thinking of putting up a music section of my site pretty soon. Well, as soon as I can figure out how to get a cool little flash based player so that you people don’t have to go through the pain of downloading each song or listening to it in the browser.

Anywho, heres to jazz/latin weirdness. Parts of it are a little out of time. Spot fixing the little mistakes I made in the first take are nearly impossibly in garage band–something I envy ProTools for–but I think its good enough for just a couple of takes =D.

My recordings should get better as I learn how to make GB do what I want.

[EDIT: I added the flash player that D10 suggested to this post, so it's a bit contradictory =P]

Two guys walk into a bar…

So yesterday fate and karma decided to get together and play a funny joke on me. Oh you guys!

All hail our cyborg masters!

Do I know how much Danger sold for? Absolutely not. The entire company is being folded into Micro$oft’s Entertainment division–the powerhouse devoted to Micro$oft’s epic FAIL Zune and their epic WIN the seXbox 360. Here’s to the new management, just don’t take my Mac.
